It is a staple diet for many from South of India <br /> <br />Blog: https://greenleafkitchenblog.wordpres... <br /> <br />Recipe: <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />2 Cups Urad Daal <br /> <br />Jeera-Mirchi (Cumin Seeds & Chilli) Paste <br /> <br />Salt, Cooking Soda (pinch) <br /> <br />Vegetable Oil <br /> <br />Process <br /> <br />Soak Urad daal overnight in water <br />Drain out the water in the morning <br />Grind Urad Daal and make a thick paste. Do not add waterAdd <br />Add Jeera Mirchi, Salt and Cooking soda in grounded Urad daal. <br />Mix them well <br />Heat Oil <br />Take small Quantity of mixure and make hole in the middle. <br />Put them in hot Oil for frying. <br />Fry them at low flame till they are golden brown in color. <br />Serve them hot with Sambhar and Coconut chutney,
